WAC Staff Sergeant Mayne M. Narton (right) of Macon, Georgia receives the Bronze Star from Major Hortense Boutel (left) for her meritorious service in connection with the post exchange service. The ceremony took place in Caserta, Italy where the WACs were stationed supporting the Fifth Army.
